Elite Business Performance, LLC is a workforce development and training firm based in Tampa Bay, Florida. Elite Business Performance has delivered customized workforce, leadership, and customer service training across a wide range of industries. Some engagements include:
- Plateau Telecommunications – Facilitated leadership development for managers, administered DISC Behavioral Styles assessments, conducted skills gap analyses, and supported competency mapping and performance alignment in partnership with HR.
- Clovis Economic Development – Designed the Clovis Remote Workforce Program to help residents access remote employment opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce – Served as a facilitator for Leadership Clovis, the city’s leadership development program, delivering professional development workshops for business leaders.
- United Way of Eastern New Mexico– Created and facilitated customized fundraising telephone training for board members.
- Axient & Quantitech Inc – Recruited & supported hiring for highly specialized and skilled workers for multiple DOD government contract across two states/military installations.
- Kidzo Child Care Center – Designed and delivered customer service and manager development training for childcare professionals, with emphasis on professional communication, conflict resolution, building parent trust, and child safety.
Meet Andrea Corpening
Andrea Corpening is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Elite Business Performance. She is a workforce development consultant, trainer, and project manager with more than 20 years of experience designing and leading programs that prepare individuals, teams, and organizations for success in a rapidly evolving economy.
Andrea has led and supported workforce development initiatives for the Cities of Clovis, New Mexico and Birmingham, Alabama, building cross-sector partnerships to address employment barriers such as childcare access, career pathway alignment, and employer engagement. As a former U.S. Department of Labor employee with direct WIOA experience, she brings a rare combination of federal policy insight and local implementation expertise to create practical, community-driven workforce solutions.
