About St. Pete Works EDGE

Approved by St. Petersburg City Council, St. Pete Works EDGE is a three-year workforce development program administered by St. Petersburg College. It supports workforce readiness in the South St. Pete Community Redevelopment Area, linking residents with careers in targeted industries and providing training in technical and construction trades.

Wraparound supports like transportation, technology access, and digital literacy help participants focus on building skills—and help employers gain dependable, prepared talent.
