With over 16 years of experience in workforce development, training, and coaching, I help people become more emotionally aware, confident, and effective in today’s world. I hold a Master's in Counseling and a Bachelors in Business. I have worked as a bank director, career coach, and corporate trainer. I’m also Certified Facilitator in various tools like DISC, Motivators, and hold various industry certifications. My work integrates counseling-informed methods with real-world workforce needs, helping individuals and teams do the inner work that fuels outer excellence.
